As a group of friends and trekkers, we recently stayed at a hotel in Bosnia Herzegovina and had an exceptional experience. the friendly staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the location was ideal, situated within walking distance to nearby cafes and restaurants, and the secure parking made us feel at ease leaving our rental car. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. the breakfast was the best we had on our trip, with plenty of options to choose from. the only downside was the lack of a gym facility.

Another added advantage of this hotel was its key location being close to the city's landmarks and famous attractions. the hotel staff was rightfully attentive and very helpful.

The hotel lacked nothing in terms of giving visitors a superior experience, and I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. Nonetheless, an outdoor pool would have been a nice addition to the hotel amenities, and maybe an iron and ironing board in the room would prevent the need to call for an ironing service.
